Description

There are a lot of these around. Yet they are hard for me to capture good shots of them. They are either moving fast or like this one, on a long stemmed flower which blows all over. Either way, I have been taking some time (and lots of photos) to get some good ones of these very cool creatures. They are fascinating to watch when they dig their burrows in the sand. I will try to get a shot of that in the future. Thanks for looking all. -Bruce Check out the details in Full View

Taking lots of shots is alway a good thing to do, lol. That will definitely increase the odds of getting results. Taking ones time is also a smart thing to do. A few extra moments of approach time or the best POV often results in a better capture. That being said, we do not always have the luxury of either. Sometimes we find the subject gone before we get a single shot or even one critter in focus, lol. It is quite exciting to get a great shot and it usually involves much more effort that is normally understood. This is a very good capture. Thanks for sharing. Lee
