Description

This little guy was lurking at the nursery, and I couldn't resist a portrait! .......... I'm posting this cutie in thanks to all my friends who sent me their thoughts, prayers and good wishes this morning. Although it wasn't the most fun I've had this week, the surgery went well. My left eye is taped shut and I have a plastic patch over it as well. It's too clunky to get my glasses on properly, so right now I'm limping along with some VERY poor vision! I just wanted to stop by and post something so you know I'm okay. The patch doesn't come off until tomorrow, at which time I have a follow-up appointment. I'll spend Wednesday at home, and see about going back to work on Thursday. Don't expect to see me around for a little while! I just spend half an hour here, and I'm exhausted. It's time for another nap. Thanks, everyone! :)

I am sorry that I did not know about your surgery. I am glad it went well and that you are doing well. I hope it progresses as you wish and that you will get back to your old self soon and all the things you love to do. As for the image, that is definately a hoot!

I know just how you feel Tara, even though I only go into day surgery for my injections, when I come round I feel whacked out for a couple of days. Then the med gets to work and I feel fine for a couple of weeks. You take it easy and don't over do things, sounds like everything went OK and I'm happy for you, when that patch comes off you willl have your sparkle back in your eyes. What a fun thing this is, it would look cute in any ones garden, and I know it would feel right at home in Marilyns garden. Superb capture. Bravo!!!!! Sunshine hugs for you sweety () () #;0)
