Description
These lanterns are part of the entranceway to a restaurant at the mall. I've only been there for lunch, so I don't know what these look like at night. I bet they're very pretty!

I had my post-op appointment this morning, and they're pleased with my progress. I was still WAY blurry this morning, but my vision has almost totally cleared up now. Thanks so much for all your good wishes. I appreciate you more than you know!
I'm still not seeing well enough to create new work, but I got a bunch of images ready before my surgery so I could still post and participate while I'm recovering. :)

god, another beautiful shot of an everyday thing from you, you caught the lantern in a wonderfully jutting angle, and the twists & turns of the fence & other lanterns make real music. Also you gave us the colors & textures of the lantern's glass. (Thank you.) One of those shots that tell us why photography is a great art: It takes the daily and shows us worlds inside & around it. A terrific capture. Love it.
