Description

Morning all :o) Considering its October ,we had a lovely warm day yesterday .I sat in the garden as close as I could get to the feeder waiting for this shot of the Blue Tit and after a lot of patience this is the result :o) It would appear for some reason (not sure what) that the demolishing has started again .3 blocks of 4 houses were flattened yesterday leaving just 2 houses empty across the road from me and rumour has it (although i can`nt get a straight answer from the council) that the new houses that were built for sale are now going to be used for tenants as transits until somethings sorted out .I do hope this rumours true :o) I`m behind again as usual as i went to the camera club last night and have had a few other things to sort out .Thanks for looking and take care Mick

No wonder you are a bit behind mate, so much to do and think about a unsettling time for you and the family, especialy June!, blast the comments until you are ready, there are more important things in life mate, I hope you get a transit house and your probs are all gone, this is a great shot, outlining the different birds we get in the garden...That is if we are prepared to just look, I have seen finches and all sorts this October, but never had the cam with me :(

Well lets hope you are in one of the new builds nice and cosy for winter and Christmas Mate, I have everything crossed that can be corosesd, even my eeys. Excellent capture of the Blue Tit, I haven't seen a one in our garden this year, I have built a new house for them, and fingers crossed for next year, will have to wait and see. I bought a fat ball holder for winter feeding, and they are going at it already. This one was eyeing you up, thats for sure. Superb work. Bravo!!!!!

What a tiny and colorful bird you captured. Lovely markings... Perhaps the squeeky wheel is getting a bit of grease with the action beginning again in the neighboorhood? :-) Over the years I have found, at least for myself, if the opposition can't wear me out, I have a dang decent shot at wearing them down!

Crossing everything I can for you!! I wanted so badly to say something about your title, but then I remembered this is a family site, well sort of, so instead I'll just play it safe and say--great shot!!

What an awesome little bird! Good thing for your patience, because I don't think I could do this. I'd sneeze just at the worst moment. ;c) Hope your housing gets sorted out soon. I can see how that would wear anyone down.

WOnderful blue tit, as I enjoy watching them especially in wintertime, as they get closer to humans and find some bread crumbs or pieces of fruit to survive...Excellent capture!
