Helle, this is an amazingly simple shot, yet it's a starburst. Because you have 3 cones displayed almost in a "wreath-like" way, as if for a Christmas wreath. (I believe some people have commented on that.) But 1) you highlighted the detailing on the cones to where they are very articulate (they almost look like pineapples!), and 2) you've surrounded them with an exuberant burst of needles, which flame out like celebrations. It's simple but really affirmative, kind of like the pine-cone shot that every pine-cone would like, and the shot everyone has inside them but has never made. I think it's beautiful, Helle, and shows once again your absolute eye for pictures. A fav for me for sure.
