Description
I wasn't going to upload this image but really liked this little character, he was just so entertaining. Trouble was he wouldn't stay still. The plant in the image is a tendril of a passion fruit vine. Have not got a clue what this bug is but if you know drop a line.
Thanx for dropping by and for all your comments and ideas. I can always use a hand at improving my photography.

Superb photography, Ralph. Your critter is a new one to me - so diaphanous in part.

Whatever he is, he's got some moves!!

I'd guess some variety of pseudoscorpion. They're typically really really tiny and hard to spot and more often than not can be found in mulch piles or leaf litter. (At least the kind I've seen.)

I have no real idea what this critter is but you sure got some great shots of it. If I had to guess, I would say it is the nymph of some species of Ambush bug or plant bug. I say this because of the long proboscis. I must assume those long appendages at the front are antennae because I count six legs without them, lol. A most interesting and unusual bug. If you are really interested and the photo was taken in the US, you can post the images at BugGuide.com and someone there will help with an identification. Thanks for sharing. Lee
