Description

here you see a close up on some cloth that is over 100 years old hand made on a weaver. I took this in june of this year and never posted it. I had it ready and in the june art folder to upload but never did. That how i keep my images so I can find them fast in folders of that month I intend to upload. Some time i do not . guess that life. I going to the world championship gumbo cook off to day in New Iberia so I will not be on line long to day. Hope to get a lot of photos and a lot of good gumbo. thanks for looking and comments guess I need to find the photos of the weavers too and post them

Beautiful photography and a wonderful documentation Jocko. I wished I could go with to the gumbo cook off, not to take pictures, but to sample the entries!

The cloth has survived the passing of time pretty well, only a couple of signs of age...geez I've got t-shirt that are only a few MONTHS old and look much worse ! Interesting collage & ~Cheers~
