Description

I really liked the late afternoon sunlight slanting through this redwood grove. It's such a peaceful and serene place that it's unusual to hear loud noises. Even the people who are there seem to be quieter than you would expect. The comments about Deb's size on previous uploads reminded me of a post from a while back. What a great capture. The contrasts are amazing. Visited your link. I remember seeing that photo but had forgotten the tiny trees. Isn't nature fantastic?

I agree with you about the light ... it's gorgeous! Thanks for the look back. I'll have to check out that part of your gallery - it was before my time. I've been to Mt. Edith Cavell, and I know the lake you mentioned. Now I'm off to take a peek! :)
