Hello !
I had this little downloaded shot of a beautiful corner of... I think they are called adobehouses, I used it to look at as a model, in order to create such a corner myself in PSP. Then I played with my image and added other pictures and texture and some tubes of my own.
Thanks for your kind comments to yesterdays post and special thanks to those who added it to favorites.

Today we will have full house. We will be 11 people for coffee table in a moment, so I am busy.

A wonderful half abstract with great forms and colors. Reminds me of Greece. You surely could use such a corner today, with the house full. I trust you handling it though, even if it gives me the goose bumps LOL

Wonderful abstract, Helle. Yes, I immediately thought of the adobe houses. A very nice corner to retreat to when the house full of people gets too much for you.

Oh yes, I agree with the comments above. Especially Mina about your being so talented & creative, and loving your abstracts. This really is a combination of realism and abstraction: the way you make a surface into a separate abstract shape, communing with the power of shape and form itself. I love the square in the center & all the texture you get within it; and that fan-like object in the upper right, like a flying manatee or a strange butterfly...it's very primal, and the colors are vivid. And you have a fine waving texture throughout, and this beautiful brushed-metal texture on top. Yet it's an adobe-like structure, with steps and bricks and that simple elegant vase on the bottom. This is your collage & abstract side, and it's vibrant and very alive. I wish you a wonderful time with your visitors; and hope you get some good rest afterwards; and thanks for giving us this in the meantime!
