Hello ! Here is another macro of my beloved Begonia. It is a very big plant with Huge leaves and it is my favorite plant. I was sitting by it and sav how the petals were glittering, so I just HAD to take some macros again. This is an old flower with almost a seed ready. ZOOM!!! is a good idea Thank you for your kind comments to yesterdays post. Special thanks to those who added it to their favorites, which I really apreciate alot. I wish you all a wonderful week. Here it seems to be a nice and peaceful monday with a little grey weather, but not very cold.

As I have a magpie in my heart, I always love glittering, glimmering things. this macro is just superb Helle. A simle little almost finished begonia flower turned into a glimmering beauty!! Wonderful!

Close-up, it's another dazzling macro with the lower leaves vivid, showing how much life and reflection there is on the surface of these big sumptuous petals. And rather than show us the 'usual' pictures of begonias—big clumps of petals all folded in on each other—you've shown us an "old" one, as you say, where the petals are open to us, almost inviting us in. And we get to see how sumptuous its petals really are. You always make nature seem new and miraculous in your macros, and it's as if this flower is bowing to you as a result, saying "normally I don't pose like this, but for you? Anything." A lovely shot, Helle, and another in your tributes to the mysteries of the nature around us.
