Description
Zentradi warrior-turned Valkyrie pilot Laelea Foliar stands with fellow pilot H.K. Spendlove. Normally, hater-of-Zentradi Spendlove would never cavort with aliens; this is just for silliness, and an excuse to show other Macross characters. My friend, the real-life Spendlove, said she imagines that this is exactly the look she has while gandering at things she should not be.
The flight suits are probably going to get a total redo, so they look less like tights. The harnesses didn't stand up well to being converted to V4, Jessi, Apollo, David, etc., so they get a redo as well. Eventually, I'll be able to show more than the same 4 characters over and over...!

This picture definitely needs a balloon over Spendlove's head! Judging from her line of sight, to know what she's thinking would be definitely funny! ^_^ Technically speaking, the light through Laelea's hair is superbly done. Best compliments!

both have very interesting, realistic faces. not only their expressions but their facial features draw me in. the suits look unfinished, as you've said, and Spendlove's hand is going through her chest and the harness. the light is very, very good, but it could be more dramatic.

Spendlove's hand is actually under her breast (and under her harness, but that was a silly choice), but that could have been presented better. The suits are going to be dynamic cloth (oh, the pain!), but that does fit with the "realistic anime" theme. Probably the harnesses too, because they just never seem to do what I want them to. And to "efron 241": Hey dude(ette), if I can refrain from saying how unimpressed I am with your work after viewing it, and not leave an unhelpful remark, then surely you can do the same with me.
