Hello all...hope you guys/gals are all OK? Been a lil while since I put something on here, having trouble with my eyes atm, getting older I think, new stronger glasses on the way soon! Plus I have my Mum back in hospital again, she is pretty ill and will be there for some weeks to come I think.
Have been trying to spend some time on here checking everyone out, some nice photos/artwork in the galleries of late, great to see!

Sue, I'm so happy to see you. I have thought alot about you and missed your great posts. So sorry to hear about your Mum. As for the eyes, I've been struggling for the last 6 or 7 years as my sight and hearing mysteriously dim and distort. Hang in there...aging is an interesting process. :-) As for this lovely shot...the colors are so very vibrant and the rich contrasts are great. I love the chosen subject - the tree. You have caught its subtle graces.

Magnificent old tree .. and the sky SO blue, love the way it fades from very intense to lighter along the horizon! Best wishes to your Mom. I hope she gets well rapidly and will be home in no time.
