Description

I took this a couple of weeks back, and too scale it for you that blunt looking nail is actually a sharp fine sewing needle. This aphid I kid you not was about 2mm if that, and that is the length not the width. I think it is the smallest thing I have manages to photograph so far. Thanks for stopping by for a look and for any comments you car to make. May the sun shine down on you where ever you are. If you want to zoom I won't stop you but it looks crap!!

Aww, what buggy little eyes it has! I never saw one this close. I actually think it is kind of cute! (I know, strange huh)? These things are soo tiny! My goodness, I have never seen anything magnified so much, except under a microscope. I am just astounded at this! This should win a prize for tiniest insect captured by camera! And I think its pointy little behind is cute too. ;) Lea

I think its a fantastic macro Jeff, I tried to photograph a Spider that was hanging by its thread from my ceiling last night. I spent hours with my tripod all three legs balancing on my coffee table lol and I gave up in the end, none were good enough as far as macro's go and it was probably 10 times or more bigger than this little fellow ! Bravo! Incredible shot!
