Sexy and CUTE! The blond hair looks very good, you can see the detail in the strands and the roots, and it looks very realistic. Well done! Not sure what size brush you used or the resolution of your original image, but for even finer strands try a smaller sharper brush - and overlay the lighter strand over a slightly darker backdrop (of hair).
