Description

***PLEASE VIEW FULL SIZE*** Well, just when you all thought I wouldn't post another of my Queen Mary pics, here I go again. But after having this one on my desktop for a couple days and really liking it I had to share it. A couple things about this one. It is HDR. I have been compelled to get a little more into my abilities with HDR since last weekend when at a local crafts fair, a Great guy (Photographer)had his nature photos on display and they really impressed me with his HDR work. While still looking natural, yet more vibrant and eye catching. So I have been playing around a bit more with it (photomatix) the last couple days. #2, I put this under Photo Manipulation because when I took this photo the front string of lights on the ship were not working. So I had to do some editing to get them on there. They are back on on the real ship now. But this image was too good to not try to get it looking as it should. Thanks for looking and any comments. -Bruce Info: Taken on 6-14-2008 @8:40 PM; ISO 100, Shutter 13secs. f/11, 25mm w/Tripod shot in RAW. PS this was shot the same night as my last Upload "30 Second Walk".

Nice Pic I lived in Long Beach when it first arrived and flew in a Catalina Airlines Grumman Goose in the right hand seat as the pilot did a fly by.
