Description

The Arganthian Giant Chicken is a strange looking bird, it has no feathers and its skin is very soft and supple, though it looks hard. It ranges throughout Arganthia both domesticated and wild breeds. It averages about 4 feet in height at the shoulders and a neck that sometimes will give it a height of six feet. Normally the Giant Chicken is docile even the wild ones toward others unless startled or their nest and young are threatened. Main defense and offense weapons are its dragon like feet, sharp beak, and their speed. It has a burst of speed of 30 mph for short distances but can keep a steady pace of 10 mph for several hours. Its wings are useless except for defense and balance, on each tip there is a sharp curved talon that it can use for tearing an attacker. The cocks are more colorful then the hens and a little heavier built and with hens they can and do become protective. Weighing nearly 80 pounds as adults their meat is sweet and tender, the eggs are about 6 inch long and 2 inches around, laid in clutches of 6 to 10 a day. Incubation of the eggs take about three weeks, with the hen keeping close guard on the clutch. Done in Daz and tweaked in Photoshop. Background from VistaPro. A really modified Millennium dragon for the chicken. I want to thank everyone for stopping by to view my work. Thank you to all of you who left a comment on "Chicken Hunt", they are fantastic, loved reading them. And thank you to those who have favored my work, I appreciate it. Hope everyone has a nice Friday and weekend. Stay safe and have fun.

OK, so it tastes good, but where can I buy one, Rick? ;o) I never had any trouble with my gran's chicken, nor the cows and sheep, but as for the neighbour's goats, they were definitely an alien breed... Warm regards ( my PC fan is doing sterling work this morning, so that I don't need any heating in my bedroom ), John.
