That's the link for the in progress stuff if you want to see it. Mostly everything you see was painted in Photoshop.
The model is gypsyangels' Zyanya, (though she doesn't come with a mermaid tail:). This is why I didn't get a Halloween image done--I was too busy learning how to make more Photoshop brushes, this time for surfaces. The rune symbols are Photoshop brushes too, that I need to get into the Marketplace as soon as I do the promos:-0

i just love your painting. you should do a tutorial for painting scales some time. the only thing i wish is that you spent more time painting her face and skin, so their style blended more with everything else. your time was well spent making brushes; your surfaces look tremendous. you handled the water especially well. overall, great work.
