Description
I buy 10 tickets and you go to these booths and give them one ticket per booth and they will give you a small piece of boudin. Boudin have rice and meat and spices. the rice will be like a dirty rice or some will say like rice dressing. This is put into a sauage caseing and sold in long links to people. here at the fest. the links is cut up to small bit sizes. After six bits of boudin I was full plus I got some free stuff in cups too I show that later on.

Humm… Very interesting my friend. The boudin here is to us three times larger and It is blood of pig where others to mix with onion more triper. Can be for concealment has that I have the red eyes hein?? I do not say myself that so that I would be larger than you.!!! Lol!!! It is that me I waited to see a large thing .And it is very small but that whant not to say only this is not good surely a delight ((5++)) Humm... Très intéressant mon ami. Le boudin par chex nous est trois fois plus gros et c'est du sang de cochon où autres mélanger avec onion puis triper . Peut être pour cela que j'ai les yeux rouges hein??Je ne te dis pas cela pour que je sois plus gros que toi.!!! Lol!!! c'est que moi je m'attendais à voir un gros machin . Et il est tout petit mais cela ne veus pas dire que ce n'est pas bon surement un délice ((5++))

mickeyrony is right for that is how boudin rue here is made with blood of the pig and other pig mix with onion and guts but like I say a few days ago this is outlaw here . You can still get it if you know the right people and it is done homemade. Now we do put onions in too. Make it taste good
