Description

I buy 10 tickets and you go to these booths and give them one ticket per booth and they will give you a small piece of boudin. Boudin have rice and meat and spices. the rice will be like a dirty rice or some will say like rice dressing. This is put into a sauage caseing and sold in long links to people. here at the fest. the links is cut up to small bit sizes. After six bits of boudin I was full plus I got some free stuff in cups too I show that later on. thanks for looking and comments too

The only time I've had this was at my mother-in-law's house. She was cajun and cooked like no one I know. She taught me some but some things she never would share. This sure looks good. Is there a dip with it or is it just plain? I usually dip everything in something. :-)

Wonderful shot, Jock. And great info on the matter. It looks like a very small piece of boudin.. No wonder you bought 10 tickets. #:o) But if you could only eat 6... the filling must be very good. I hope your grand son got a couple of the remaining tickets.#;oD+5

Mmmm good and nice to learn about food that one place has and others do not. We we have snow here soon, okay for eating if you avoid the dirty or especially yellow stuff! Nice detail in your photo Jocko!
