Description

It's a few days after Bambi's friend, Noria has gone away to join the humans, leaving Bambi alone. These four fae, Zlata, Sarina, Aiko, and Vicki are at the polished stone region having a discussion regarding Bambi and how to best cope with her sadness... Zlata: So what do we do about Bambi? How can we help her see that there are others who can be her friend? Sarina: That's a good question Zlata. The problem is that Noria and Bambi have been friends all their lives, doing almost everything together. They were even closer than two sisters ever could be. Aiko: (looking sad and nervous) What was really hard was being the go-between. Seeing her break down like that when I told her the news... It just broke my heart. Vicki: So what can we do? Zlata: Isn't there someone else that she was close to? Maybe if we talk to her, she could do something. Aiko: Sarina? You know her family better than the rest of us, can you think of anyone who might help us out? Sarina: I'll ask around, quietly of course, but I just don't remember anyone else that Bambi was close to other than Noria. Zlata: I know that where I come from, there are stories that tell of faeries who lost their wings because they just gave up because they were so sad. Vicki: I've heard those stories, too. I'm not sure if they were just stories or actual events. I've never seen anything like this in the last 150 years. Aiko: True or not, I just don't like seeing anyone look so sad. We've got to do something to help her. Zlata: If nothing else, we could be her friends...wait! I hear someone coming, Humans! Scatter! In a twinkling of an eye, they disappeared into the forest. Hopefully they will come up with a solution to the problem. Techincal info: With the exception of Zlata (from Nursoda), all other characters are from DAZ as is the clothing and props. The background picture is mine. it was one that came from the series dealing with the Washougal river, a few shots after I took pictures of the tree in the water. It was modified in Corel Paint Shop Pro. Resized and brought in as the background. According to the event log, it took 3 minutes and 37.95 seconds to render this scene. Thank you one and all who looked at, commented on the last image. As an aside, there was a background ready to be used, but I was so tired that I completely forgot to load it in before I started the render machine. I may repost that scene with the background at a later date. It has come to a point where I will have to stop responding individually to each person's comments and will now start thanking you here. Have a great Sunday and thank you Mike

A very sweet render! I like the stone background really well. Hey I hear you Mike. Use that time wisely and do your art with it. I have never individually thanked everyone who has favorited my images. There just isn't enough time. You know, people who like your art will continue to come by, whether they are individually thanked, or not. We come by cause we like your art! Love those cute little faes.
