Description

Thank you Mike and Richard for this wonderful gift. This props pack is days and weeks of fun. :))) With this image i was inspired from a very famous Paintig from a old Master. His gallery and image here. http://www.artrenewal.org/asp/database/image.asp?id=13854 I have to apologize to not being so much here the last time , but i worked a lot and Desiderius and me are working on some nice freebies. For now i have some backgrounds for you if you need. :)) http://www.divshare.com/download/5570571-389 http://www.divshare.com/download/5762296-fe2 Wish you all a wonderful weekend and hugs. Thank you for comments and suggestions Ilona

Great image. I had it pegged as a Vermeer homage right off. I've found that, with the right lighting and just a little postwork (mostly blur), you can get a very good large canvas effect. (Since on a large canvas the brush strokes aren't really visible). I have a couple of technical suggestions -- you might want to increase the shadow blur and lower the shadow strength to give a warmer feel, and yo might want to darken the two white bottles, they sort of draw the eye a little too much. The pose and composition are excellent, and I'm gettting hungry now though it is no where near lunch time :)

I've seen this table set up in other pictures, it looks great... but I didn't notice the carrots hanging in the otheres. There is something hanging with the carrots that I don't know what it is. I seen that image hanging in a picture recently and it was in shaddow... at first I thought it was grapes, but now I see it is something else and don't know what it is - but at least now I know it wasn't grapes - lol cool scene. I like your lighting in this.
