Description
The red hulled fishing boat is the "New Age". The workingmen are two of the crew. The man with the blue gloves in the middle is fileting a fresh fish for a dockside customer standing just off to my left out of this picture.
The New Age had just docked, so this was fresh fish at its' best! The big drums or reels on the left contain the boat's rolled up fishing nets.
I'm not an expert on what they fish for...but the nets drag the ocean floor and bring in a lot of Flounder and Fluke. Location is Montauk, New York.
Fish fry anyone?

Reminds me of the boat in the movie, Jaws, when the three shark hunter/killers went off to sea looking for that huge monster. Of course, they could have used a bigger boat when they found the shark. Anyway, lots of dynamics and tons of equipment in this shot, Bill!
