Description
Dedicated to my dear friend, NekhbetSun, who once dedicated a lovely image to me. Thank you for your support along with your endless talent, Mina. I had wanted to do something for Halloween since we both love the holiday, but time slipped away from me.
Tools used: Daz, Painter, Gimp, and Bryce. Free bird brushes by Obsidian Dawn.
I created my first velvet shader for Daz from scratch using a tutorial I read online.
The character I used is based on the wonderful Manhattan by danae found here at Renderosity.
Again, this looks bright in my Mac's monitor, but I'm not sure how it translates in Windows. If it looks muddy let me know.
I appreciate all of your support, friendship, and constructive criticism, as well as those of you who are just looking at my work. I keep trying! : )
UPDATE: Thanks to a friend, this has been brightened for other monitors. I guess I need to calibrate my new Mac's screen. Thanks, friend! : )

Like a lot the atmosphere you´ve created here, which include character and clothing and props. And lighting. Perhaps it wasn´t your intention but I like the surreal aura of it.

Cathy this is so wonderful! I love it because I know the flowers! Often the flowers used are not so easily recongized in Poser type works. Love the sky that I can see, a wonderful sunset, and the trees are beautiful in their autumn colors. This doesn't seem dark or muddy to me, but that may be because you've brightened it.
