Escape the scary commercialism of Halloween, Jack, and dance to the beat of a different drummer! : )
I wanted to do a fun image and just say happy holidays to all who celebrate. Tonight is my one year anniversay of posting here at Renderosity. I joined 4 years ago and lurked, terrified to post any of my own work. I'm so glad I had that extra glass of wine last October 31st and just pushed that submit button in spite of myself. LOL. I have met amazing people, and talented artists and I hope to continue to grow in my skills. I vow to keep up with my favorite galleries better from now on and discover new ones as well. They've been repairing my house (even today), so, I haven't had much time online this week. I know, always with the excuses. I travel sometimes, too, so, I will probably still get behind at times, but I'll keep trying.

A very well composed scene with great lights. I agree with what you say about merchandising of events, and this is evidently the reason why Halloween falled in my country after a strong attempt of merchants to "create" a French Halloween. I am somewhat surprised by the angles of your pumpkin, don't know why. In Poser (but you were in Daz Studio) there is a button to soften angles at the time of render, it works well provided that the model has a sufficient polygon count. Congrats for your 4th anniversary of posting here and have a nice WE!

Like a lot this one. Apart from the funny side of it, there´s the well achieved depth of field by the use of an appropiate lighting; distribution of objects/colors are fine for me. And Happy Anniversary; it´so great to know you´re here.
