Nobody wins this argument. Which is more likely to be there in 300 years, the tree or the remains of the wall. The grass or the dirt? One man with one earthmover could change the whole conclusion. Why would he go to the expense?

It looks like the tree was planted after the wall was damaged, but then it looks like the tree has suffered damage as well at sometime in the past. Your wide angle lens doesn't help with this puzzle David. An excellent capture none the less. Bravo!!!!!
