To all of my mother's Renderosity friends:
It saddens me to no end to tell you that my mother, Mina, passed on May 31st, from endometrial cancer. She is survived by my father, Roger, and myself. I apologize for not letting you all know sooner, but her passing has left me with a broken heart and it is very hard to write this, even now. I don't suppose there will ever come a time that it will be easier.
I know how much she loved you all, how much it meant to her to have met such wonderful people, and how much it meant to her to create & share her art with you. I am leaving her work here for a while, as tribute to her, her beauty, her talent & her love.

If having that many cats is not enough, you had to go out and buy a fake one??? lol, in reference to the fake one by the fireplace... I see some bongos off to the side - those are anchient! I'm 45 and when I was a kid, my oldest brother had bongos EXACTLY LIKE THOSE... I use to play them from time to time - It's amazing I never got a record deal - lol

Aww!! That is so freakin' cute. I didn't know you had kitties. I'm a huge cat person myself (but isn't it obvious?). They're all so cute. Yeah, my favourite time is during and after the catnip craziness. So cute. Great shot, Mina. Glad you had the chance to capture a peaceful moment. giggles

Oh that is just so great. They look completely zoned out, especially the big orange tabby to the right. Looks like he is struggling to stay awake but slowly loosing the battle, even right down to the tail flick!
