To all of my mother's Renderosity friends:
It saddens me to no end to tell you that my mother, Mina, passed on May 31st, from endometrial cancer. She is survived by my father, Roger, and myself. I apologize for not letting you all know sooner, but her passing has left me with a broken heart and it is very hard to write this, even now. I don't suppose there will ever come a time that it will be easier.
I know how much she loved you all, how much it meant to her to have met such wonderful people, and how much it meant to her to create & share her art with you. I am leaving her work here for a while, as tribute to her, her beauty, her talent & her love.
Brightest Blessings to you all!
Heather
 Mina's daughter
Thanks to all for stopping by and hope you enjoy your visit.

Oh yeah... I always loved to see them mellowed out after the catnip high. Splendid capture a lovely group of kitties. Bunny

A lovely capture of them all together. Our cat knows where the catnip grows and is always helping himself, much to the plant's grief.

LMAO!! This is great!! Not to be gross or anything, but one of my cats a few years ago would pee in her catnip. We figured that she just got realllllly excited about it and had to mark it as hers. My two cats now go crazy over it but we have not had any issues as I just mentioned. This is a great capture AND PROOF that it can be done.

a wave of calm overcomes the universe! Yes—may this be a harbinger for the world! I took catnip this month (w/ other herbs) and it is indeed calming, but I do know it has the opposite effect on cats, at least upfront...and it's just great to get a glimpse of your home—the wonderful brooms, the cats in front of the fireplace (at least one looks egyptian), the drums & tambourine (ritual? musical?), the i-don't-know-what on the lefthand table (some god-face or maybe bird-wreath, I don't know what it is, I just know i don't wanna piss it off!), and that pink thingy who looks like he's had way too much catnip. Love this shot! Ok, now I'm off to bed! Too much stimulation for one night...

Oh Mina!! Okay, I want the marmalade one. No, wait, the tiger. Um .. no the black cat. no no .. the tiger with the white!! Dang .. maybe the .. can I just take them ALL???? The marmalade one will look very fetching with the B-dog, and so will the black one. And the two tigers can snuggle with Murphy! Cody can come too .. but he has to bring his hippo.

Beautiful - and very relaxed - capture Mina. I like your idea of infusing our world leaders with catnip ;)

I'm thinking the hippo must have gotten a whiff of that catnip himself. : ) Great hearth, wonderful kitties, and brooms.
