Description

This is Red, also known as Lil Red. She's young, impetuous, brash and kicks butt. *grin* I had her entire history and story leap into my head as I watched this one render. And I'm planning on doing a few more renders about her and the rest of the team. I used Dreamlight's new LDP 2 for this one - the Overcast one, which is rapidly becoming my favourite. It's V4, with the Vanadisa head morph by Freja and Adiene @ rendo, and the Bell by Morris skin texture @ DAZ. I used pwSurface (@ DAZ) on the skin also (thanks Maraich for the tips!) Hair is Wild Hair by digicalimero @ rendo, and the addons by momcat @ rdna. Jeans are Flower Power @ rendo, top is the corset from the boudoir secrets @ DAZ, and the coat is the buccaneer coat by Royloo @ 3DArena. I made the cuffs and outer collars of the coat invisible, and used a red velvet DS shader from the Trick or Treat 08 free shader pack by khory_d and si_vincent that was in the halloween freebies here. (khory_d, i wanna see those Snaked shaders for DS!!! *laughs*) The sword and dagger are from the Roxana outfit @ DAZ and again, I used pwSurface on them - the sword didn't quite turn out the way I hoped, tho. Pose is a tweaked from the Henseki Runes pack @ DAZ. And the expression is from the awesome upcoming pose pack called Whatever! by digiport and infinityrain. Prop is The Ministry by Stonemason @ DAZ. PLEASE view the full view for better quality. Btw, this is a straight DS render, no postwork (my god, did i just really say that??????) I think it might stand a little lightening, especially on her face, but then, I kinda like the darkness of it too. Thanks for reading!

Very nice! The first thought I had was "when Little Red Riding Hood grew up, she took to hunting wolves." I look forward to the future entries in your series!

I so don't want to run into her - EVER! She is one intimidating looking young lady. I'd hate to run into "Big Red"! I'm so glad that the pwShader helped you out with your skin dilemma. It's a great way to get multiple looks out of the same texture. Your quest for a coat ended up working out quite well. I'm very impressed by the velvet look. And thanks for taunting me some more with LDP2. It's been killing me that I haven't had the time to try it out yet.
