I'd rather live on a top of any mountain instead of Windy City! Excellent shot, great postwork!

Last time in Chicago I was struck by the similarities with NYC. Buildings tall enough to block the sun...people thick as ticks on a coonhound's back... big cities are not for me, but you do make this one look great!...from a distance. LOL

Chicago, Chicago, that toddling town...and the haunt of Barack Obama. Cool composition in this presentation, Lynell. Your Tennessee Titans are going great guns this season.

LOL to kaartijer & frankie96 (hey, it's not that bad!)...As a longtime resident of "the Big Windy," I love this blueish & crystalline capture of one portion of what's generally called the 'downtown' section, caught as a kind of big dark jewel against a bright sky. I love the shadows: The skyline is sunken in those blue-gray shadows that gives melancholy & reflection to great cities, what one writer called the 'genius' of big cities. I'm about 20 minutes walk from this area: I'll have to revisit...A lovely capture, and yeah it's freezing in the winter & blustery all the time; but you captured it in one of its more reflective moments, both sensitively but also imposingly. Always wonderful to see one's hometown through the eyes of a wonderful artist.
