Description
My first sight of the London eye was the night before, from just behind Waterloo. It appeared between two building in the distance and seemed really odd and out of place.
Its one of these things you either love or hate. It does seem to steal the show a bit from the Houses of Parliment and Big Ben across the Thames, but there you go, I thought it was brilliant.

A great capture, Anthony. Nice lighting too.. My usual, irreverent, thought, is that it is unfinished. If, when you first see the Eye, you are expecting a giant's bicycle, one has to ask, why wasn't the rest of it chaned down, as well? And who stole the rest of it? ;O) Warm regards, as the thrmometer takes another dive, John.
