Description

Greetings. This is one of those photos of the graveyard that I said I would post. I really liked it because the tree looked spooky, which made me happy. If you haven't figured it out before, I really like trees. I like the way they look and how every one is unique. I don't really have a poem today. I can't seem to find inspiration at the moment, so I don't really know what to write about. Normally I write what I feel, and right now I'm kind of numb for some unknown reason. Maybe it's because I downloaded a new program on my computer that doesn't come with any instructions, so I'm trying to figure it out on my own, without success. Maybe it's because I didn't really acomplish a single thing today. Whatever the reason, I am poemless today. May you forever have inspiration, ~Jess

This has a nice gloomy feel to it. Perfect for a poem haha. I know what you mean I have been in a little bit of a funk myself for a couple of weeks, it always seems to pass for me and then I write again like crazy so I no how you feel. It to shall pass :)

I wouldn't worry about the lack of a poem...your visual is poem enough. Spooky, yes, but moreso it's a thoughtful shot, with some very nice plays of light & dark (the very essence of a graveyard) and a genuine music in the branches, which weave in and out of the picture like a huge illumined web. I hope you keep exploring your photographic eye; this is the stuff of which good & musical photography is made.

I warned her to not walk the city streets alone Take a friend if you must go Stay out of places you don't know She would be safe, she told me so. She paid no heed to my advice Instead strode headstrong into the night A victim of her own device Helplessly screaming with such fright I told her not to go, you see Don't walk in shadowed park She could awaken someone like me Someone who feeds within the dark.... It's perfect and Seth's poem just completes it. Great job to both of you.

Another great graveyard shot! Graveyards in the fall are so beautifully spooky. I agree with BlackWidow77, barryjeffer's poem fits perfectly with this.

Absolutely beautiful shot! And, as stated before, perfectly complimented with Seth's poem. Very nicely captured.
