Description

After a while old images may start living new lives and I guess I should dig deeper way back to a few years ago. Thank you for not passing by the Moth. nikolay

WOW - wonderful glow on the pipe. It looks like it could be in a optometrist's office! :)

I look forward to the publication of a book by you of enigmas and suchlike. It would be a remarkable resource as creative writing stimuli, as I may have remarked before. And of course it would be international....not many words required! The lighting in this photo is wonderful!

Outstanding. Before, just a hint...today the whole thing. Love the eye chart on the wall...when you can no longer read it, it must be time to leave:) Bill

a quiet & reflective shot, like a cafe after hours...and the similarity to the Shanghai water-pipe shot is amazing, because this wall has more of those single-letter prints—only this time it's not Chinese characters but Roman letters (I assume they're not Cyrillic), an amazing similarity. As for the pipes, I assume those are hookas (or similar), and you've caught them in a nostalgic way in the shadows—they seem to brood...Your soft focus in the background lights brings out the nocturnal feel all the more, even though this could be the middle of day; and re. hues (yes), your red reflections on the ceiling and the quiet greens on the walls once again show your sensitivity to the many sides of color. Reflective, evocative and very sensitive; and the lights are in just the right place...
