Description
a reported crash in the vole population in northern Canada have forced the Snowy Owls south in search of food.

oh yeah ! superb shot ! (in northern Europe, Snowy Owl breeding is tied to the Lemming population, which normally goes from boom to bust on a 4 year cycle).
