Description

** Please comment and tell me what you think! ** ** I love comments. I use them to better my work. ** In the USA we celebrate the national holiday of Thanksgiving. This is a time when families and friends come together, generally around a large feast, to celebrate what bounty their lives have and have brought them. It is a time to realize our selves. I randomly chose this Native American maiden because of the important role Native Americans played in helping my own ancestors, who arrived in the early 1600â??s. Without them I would probably not be here now. I am not a Native American but I have lived with them for most of my life (two different reservations). As for why I chose a â??super model-ishâ?? womanâ?¦ Itâ??s Renderosity, so let us be thankful of custom body morphs and surrealism. =)

I have to tell you my friend, that quality of this render is better than your usual stuff. And please don't get this comment wrong way. I love your historical and mythological work but sometimes when I look your renders, I wish that you could consentrate little more to quality side, because your subjects are great and very original. But now it seems that you have put the focus on quality little more with this one. It looks really great!! Really stunning eyes and excellent soft glitter on her lips. Details like that makes this render to stand from the mass...if you know what I mean!! Well...you said that you love comments so here you go...LOL :) And happy thanksgiving to you too!!

Hmmm...Ok, as a Native American/European American who lives in the capitol of the Cherokee Nation, let me make a couple of suggestions. Go to the Smithsonian Museum Museum of the Native American and take a look at facial structure of Native American women. You have a very lovely, but European, young woman. The skin tone needs to be a darker shade. I'm not sure if you can follow the name of the color but Delta Mud, or dark natural clay/brown is typical of those who live outdoors most of their lives. Those who live indoors, as we do today, tend to be a lot paler. The further you get away from the core DNA group, the less classic features you find as far as cranial structure is concerned. Your image is quite nice, well rendered, and at least you have the feathers pointed the right direction. Eastern "Indians" wear the few ceremonial feathers they have pointed down in respect to Creator. Other Nations have their own traditions on this topic. Keep it up, let me know when you post another in this series as I'd love to keep up. You're on the right track.

Thanks for the comments. I did try to make her have more of the right facial shape, but I guess I failed lol She was also a touch stylized =)

A stunning image of a beautiful young Native lass. You've certainly done a credit to those who are so often overlooked in the importance of what has become one of our biggest holidays.
