Story: Alone in a deserted field a young Sun Elf mage works on perfecting her new spell. She has a fire ball spell and a spell to affect normal fires. Using the later to compress the former, she has obtained a ball which is of much greater heat and power than a conventional fireball spell. Will a protection from fire spell even stop such heat? She cannot wait to find out. Though the fire is contained in a magical force field, it is so intents that some heat escapes causing her skin to glisten with a sheen of sweat from her proximity. Her pulse quickens with anticipation as the spell reaches its end. Will the fire shields hold? Will her new spell work? About the picture: I asked for criticism and I got it! Good job folks. Now I have tried to fix everything people have brought to my attention and I hope this image is better than my previous ones. I have noticed that people seem to like my dark images with single light sources and wet skin. I hope to make more of these. You might consider them to be my trademark.
