Description

Woke up this morning to thick fog and just 3 degrees C, its a bit warmer now but the fog is still about. This is what it was like outside my front door, the Monkey Puzzle is nearly 20 years old know and was about 10 inches tall when we bought it just after Emm's 2nd Birthday, she will be 22 in January. It now stands at just a fraction under 6 metres. I tried to get it showing how the fog has settled on the Spiders webs making them sparkle. My daughter Emma has just rung to let us know she has arrived safely at her destination. She left at 07:30hrs to drive down to Gloucestershire about 140 miles away for a footbal match. She knows how her mother worries about her driving long distances so she rang to settle her nerves. Even at 21 years old she still asks for permission to stay out late. Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving and those like me that don't celebrate it also had a great day. Thanks for dropping in for a look and for any comments you care to make. Be careful what you say to your children, they are the ones that choose your retirment home. Please Zoom for full effect.

It's gloriously cloudy and misty and rainy here today. :) Lovely weather! Your shots fit right in. Marilyn opened the front door this morning to go for a walk, and stopped and said, "It's RAINing!!" Seattle ... go figure!

Great collage with excellent individual pictures Jeff. Shows the dreary weather to perfection. Seems the spiders are having a field day. Wow, your daughter asking for permission to stay out later at 21? That is rare around here. I walked the wall around the old city of Dubrovnik, it was tough going because nothing was even. Climbing up was easy, but going down was tough, each step had a different height.
