Description

One more shot of Tara's brother's house. This is the sideboard in the dining room, I could have spent most of the day looking in, at, under, over, around and thru their wonderful home. It IS beautiful, but it's also warm, welcoming and full of love and friendship. They made me feel so very welcome. I'm on my way home in about 5 minutes--see you when I get there!!

Haven't seen that sort of stuff since 1981. Wonder what the new White House tea room will look like.

I'll have a Glenfiddich on the rocks. Oh heck - make it a double and give me RJ's ice as well, since he's not going to need it! :) This is a wonderful shot of the buffet!

I don't see Becherovka there, but that's okay...I'll have anything on the rocks except for vodka (you gotta drink that stuff at room temperature, if you're orthodox about it) but anyway, enough alcohol chatter. On to the picture. I love it! The colors are rich and wonderfully balanced here...you really caught this perfectly!

catching up now, I have the joy of seeing several of your images all at once, and one of the things that blasts through is your great love of seeing and your constant bursts of energy and light. I'm not much of a drinker (I'm that guy who, with 2 glasses of wine, falls asleep at the table), but shots like these make me want to drink right now. It's opulent & vibrant & bathed in reds & golds, and man, Tara's brother better have some open houses, because after these shots he's gonna have a lot of unexpected visitors. This is totally immersed in the joy of the shot. I love it.
