i dont know what a wip is but i like it, looks good, the hood looks a bit strange but still good, and the beard and mastach looks a bit strange in some places, in the grove of his chin? but it looks good, nice face texture, the eyes are good but on the left one (our left) where it comes into the face near the nose looks like there is a hole. but it is still better then i can do :P keep up the good work!!!
