Description
As promised, we are going to look around this area of the falls. We are currently looking downstream and a bit to our left. As we look, we see this massive jutting of rock in front of us. Actually this is not surprising in that we're about 50 miles from Mount Hood and about 40 miles from Mount ST. Helens. So there's just a touch of tetonic activity that would push rocks around like this. It is fascinating though. What's really neat is that you can see the action of the water because of the smoothness of the rock we're standing on.
If we let our imaginations go a bit, we could see the fae resting here, maybe holding their rituals, celebrating life and love in this region. The riversong complimenting their own in a joyous manner.

Oh this is absolutely the place the little folk hold their gatherings to celebrate the seasons, to give thanks to Gaia .. Mother Earth, and all the other celebrations and rituals they hold dear. What a gorgeous and enchanting place!!
