We don't get doves in our garden Mick, although the house three doors down gets quite a few every day, we get the smaller birds, sparrows , starlings, blue tits and robins and the odd blackbird. The birds will miss you for a while at least, they will either have to follow you or find somewhere else close by. I'm suprised we still get the magpies I thought they would have flown South before now. Excellent capture, you will have to find a nice spot for this table in the new garden and the birds will be round in no time. Bravo!!!!!

I don't see these where I live Mick yet you don't have to go too far before you do see them, great capture and I'm sure that the birds will thrive in your new place if you continue to feed them so well like this.

Where I live, in southeast Texas, the doves moved in several years ago. Nice too, as they ran out the pigeons. We get ring necks, Mexican white-wings, morning doves and various other species. I love the way the big ring-necks coo in a very deep bass sound, they sing me off to work in the mornings. Nice photo

Wonderful shot Mick, are you going to leave the table there fully stocked?..I mean it'd be a shame for all those that are used to that table to turn up hungry and find it gone :(...Just a thought.

Amazing shot Mick. I just love bird feeders! Bruce has done a beautiful shaded area for us in my garden and have no less than three feeders in there... The birds truly flock in there - from pigeous and doves to finches and weavers!!! It is so peaceful just sitting there and watch them sort out their pecking order!!! Good luck with the move my friend! :)

The look well-cared for, Mick. Perhaps they will follow you to your new digs. I find the duo very relaxing to look at.
