Un satellite espion est un satellite artificiel dont l'objet est l'obtention d'informations sur des pays étrangers ou des installations civiles ou militaires, parfois à leur insu.
Ce satellite peut procéder par l'observation optique de la Terre (prise de photographies), l'observation radar, ou par écoute et enregistrement des communications radio. Ses applications sont militaires ou "commerciales" dans le but de récupérer des données susceptibles d'aider à la prise de décisions stratégiques. Les images sont envoyées par liaisons hertziennes jusqu'à la terre ou sous forme de films contenus dans des capsules récupérables.
A spy satellite is an artificial satellite of which the object is obtaining informations on foreign countries or civil or military installations, sometimes without their knowledge. This satellite can proceed by the optical observation of the Earth (taken photographs), the observation radar, or by listening and recording of the radio communications. Its applications are soldiers or "commercial" with an aim of recovering likely data to help with decision making strategic. The images are sent by microwave links with the ground or in the form of films contained in recoverable capsules.

Good fractal, i like the way you illustrate with such shapes, it is great. This spy design reminds me some H.A.A.R.P / G.W.E.N and T.E.T.R.A ionospherical and electromagnetical-guided weapon and information networks based on earth and on spaced orbital-bridges. Now, we can take high resolution photos by simply using ELF and VLF waves propulsed within the air ! Interesting spy era, isin't it ?
