Description
BUY THIS CAR!!!
Sixty-eighth in a series of classic vehicles, captured 9/21/08, at the beautiful Palos Verdes Concours d'Elegance, held annually at the beautiful Trump National Golf Club on the beautiful Palos Verdes Peninsula in overpopulated Southern California.
For more information on this event, see my posting for 9/28/08.
Ah, like a breath of sweet fresh air, back to the magnificent auto show and elegant Cadillacs.
Actually, all I have left to show from this event are mainly Cadillacs and Fords.
Sorry about the bad reflection on the right side of the Caddie in the top photo. I was going to clone it out at first but felt it would create a mess.
Thankx for the peek, and may this be the beginning of a fabulous week.

Yummy!! I think the reflections are fine. Shows how nice the paint job is and how strait the body is. Beautiful shots of a beautiful car!!

Top job capture this auto in a very fine angle. I like a "distorted" reflection, just add to the body shape as finish in a tip.

Just like I like the touring cars better than the roadsters I like this 4 door hardtop better than the 2 doors. I met this rear end on an El Morroco I used to put gas into.

Reflection didn't bother me either...I had to go back up and relook at the car after reading your notes. Just was watching a History Channel program that included footage of Sputnik going into orbit in 1957...The Soviets wanting to make the USA look as bad as possible said the Americans had lost their way and were wasting all their time building cars with big fins. And here is one of those famous 1957 cars. Perfect timing :-) Bill

This takes me back to my early years, seems like this was a popular model for the teenaged boys to work on in my neighborhood. The fins are fun! Great shots!
