Description

If I'm boring you to death with my Dr Who cast - tell me to go away :p It's easy ;) First of all - thank you so much for all your comments, favorites and ratings on my "Rose". She was a lot easy to paint than the gentleman above, I can tell you that ;) Some of you wanted to see Captain Jack Harkness...the big flirt who shows up in Dr Who now and then, is a character that I like a lot more in Dr Who than I do in his own series, Torchwood. I think Torchwood is boring because it doesn't have a sense of humour. Not in the same way as in Dr Who. In any case...this took over a day to do and my right arm/hand hates me today...lol Finished it very late last night (or this morning around 3AM) and not surprisingly, I was dreaming about John Barrowman too :p Anyways...painted in Photoshop CS3, using my Wacom tablet'n'stuff. Oh...and if you want to I think you should take a peek at CBB3D.com. It's at the moment a very empty place where I could use some fresh blood. Doesn't matter if you do 3D or 2D, photography or something else. We've got forums for all of ya ;) I'm launching a contest later today, so it might be worth while signing up with us ;) End of commercial :p Thanks for peeking in and I hope you had a great weekend :D Christa

Wow, Christa, your painting just blows me away! Please make peace with your right arm/hand, and tell anyone who tells you to go away that you're suddenly feeling very deaf!! More, please!

Very nice work on the Captain. I have greatly enjoied some of the Torchwood shows and felt others fell flat. I understood they where trying to address some of the implications that Dr. Who often avoided. I think they had to many different writers or the writers did not communcate well there was some strange descrepincies.
