Description

Still trying to get something going with Vue and think that I may be starting to understand this software...at least a bit ! Do not particularly love the clouds that came out but the water was to my liking ! Appreciate any comments or suggestions ! Thanks all for viewing and have a great Holiday period ! Take Care !

Your artwork is excellent. The real photo-like render is almost reached. Just the vegetal/grass green texture is missing better soft relief and contrast texture color.

Yep, you're getting close. Suggestions: 1. Careful about scale. Those rocks look very large. Trees seem about right. Water ripples too small maybe? 2. Water might be improved by lowering that "Becomes reflective with angle", so you can see into the nearby water. Default is too high for me (in material editor). 3. If you have Vue 7, the "Spectral 2" clouds are the best. But even if you used those, lots of patient tweaking pays off. Big changes are associated with cloud altitude, shadows on or off and others. You can also edit the cloud material by right-clicking on the sample cloud pix, after highlighting the cloud layer in question.

Looks really nice. Though I thought the rocks were sheep before I opened full size! About the clouds, if you find them grainy, up the atmo quality boost in the sky fog & haze tab of the atmosphere editor. Love the water too.
