Description

this is looking NE from Table Rock Dam and the sun was down behind me.the valley was shrouded in darkness only showing a few lights. I braced myself on the guard rail and shooting with an high ISO and slow speed. when I saw the result, I thought it was lost but a simple use of Paint Shop,I was able to rescue it here is the link to the forum with an example of shooting with a shutter speed to fast in the dark http://www.renderosity.com/mod/forumpro/showthread.php?thread_id=2758804 thanks for viewing and any comments

Wow. Good save! It turned out fantastic! I really liked the dark version, too. But when you click for the bigger view, the white surrounding it makes it appear too dark. With the darker color surrounding it before clicking, it looks really terrific!

Amazing save Richard!!! Without reading your write-up, I would have guessed the name was not for this photo, which looks to be overcast daytime, with tree shadows on the water, blue sky, etc.
