Description
Captured back on 4/10/07, very early in the morning, within walking distance of my hackneyed haven.
The same rose depicted in both images; the top one after some color balance manipulation, the bottom the original.
In my altering the colors, the purists will exclaim, "it's not nice to fool Mother Nature," but, after all these years on RR, it hasn't affected my esoteric dabblings in the arcane as yet, so enjoy it while you can.
Thankx for taking time from your busy Christmas present-unwrapping and eggnog-drinking to stop by, and have a tremendous last day of this particular holiday for the year.

Nothing wrong with a lower capture but I have to love the blue tone as transit into pink on a top photo. Excelent work Harry and good to see some fine rose picture from you.

Beautiful rose and I for one like to see the same object with different treatments. Well done...adds to the ineterest for me. By the way, Nikolay (nikolais), commented the other day that the Eastern Orthodox Church celebrates Christmas on January 7th...so, there are many, many Christians with Christmas still two weeks away.
