This is stunning! I love the surrealism, the clarity, the sense of anticipation, ominous overtones, and delightful contrasts between light and dark. Night shots always intrigue me and this is one of the reasons why. Everything in this image works, especially the healthy measure of old world elegance that can only be found in places that are seasoned and steeped in history and tradition. This is wonderfully seen and captured; beautifully presented.
