Description
As a follow-on from my earlier picture, Breakfast Preparation:
Until recently, what with the blood pressure problem and the chest infection, this was my breakfast.
I'm happy to say that I'm no longer taking the huge torpedo of a capsule (on the left) three times a day any more. But the remaining three still feature prominently in my daily diet. :-)

Oh.. sadly I found myself in the same situation this morning at my breakfast.. but hopefully all will turn to better this year for all of us :) Happy New Year and all the best wishes for health and happiness!!

Only three? Wow, I have a veritable arsenal of tablets and capsules to be taken morning and night, what with my relatively minor conditions and vitamin supplementation. Love the postwork!
