I really like the more natural look that you have given this character. Also your reflection work is totally top notch and a bit unusual in that the reflections are brighter than the person casting them... looks very neat.

Brilliant - so cool - so much style, I love the colours! My only point is that the floorboards look old and gnarly yet they have a smooth gloss to them - I thing adding the colur map to the refection/ specular channels would solve this or maybe moving the floors bump to displacement?
