I just found out that I got first place in the Icy Northlands competition at Cornucopia!!!
Fall of ma chair and big smile on ma face !!
Yes, I know - sorry for parping my trumpet but it was a bit of a shock. I liked what I did but the level of entries is always so high I really didn't expect to win - it was one of those 'fun to take part' feelings.
I think I'm going to celebrate with a large glass of Baileys while I decide what to spend my winnings on.
OK I'll be quiet now and go back to my comfy chair in the corner ;-)
